The Government Polytechnic College in Mydukur is set to commence classes for the second batch of various engineering branches for the academic year. The disciplines include Civil, Mechanical, EEE, Chemical, Metallurgical, Computer Engineering, and Internet of Things.
Principal P.Gurumurthy Reddy, in a statement to the media, announced that aspiring students can apply online through the website [polycetap.nic.in](https://polycetap.nic.in) until April 5. He emphasized that candidates belonging to OC and BC categories are required to pay Rs. 400, while SC and ST candidates need to pay Rs. 100 for the Polycet entrance exam.
The entrance examination is scheduled for April 27.
Mr.Reddy assured that candidates preparing for Polycet-24 will receive comprehensive coaching in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from seasoned faculty members, along with access to study materials at no cost.
Additionally, students admitted to the Government Polytechnic Mydukur (Institute Code MYDK) will benefit from instruction by experienced teaching staff and will be provided separate hostel accommodations for both boys and girls.
